Meet Katya Erbacci, BSN, a Registered Nurse, and a yoga teacher — Integrative Wellness Coach specializing in:

-eating disorder recovery
-insomnia
-menopause support
-overall health and emotional wellbeing

With over seven years of clinical experience in residential and outpatient settings—including at Center for Discovery and Oro House Recovery Centers in California—I’ve supported individuals navigating complex eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
My approach is rooted in both evidence-based care and holistic healing.
As a certified yoga teacher with 20 years of experience, I incorporate breathwork, somatic awareness, and mindful movement to help clients reconnect with their bodies in a compassionate, empowering way.

I also bring advanced training as a CBT/DBT Coach Practitioner, allowing me to blend structured therapeutic techniques with deeply individualized care.

Whether you're struggling with disordered eating, sleep disruptions, hormonal shifts, or general burnout, I offer a grounded, integrative path toward recovery that supports your whole self—mind, body, and spirit
